Bio/Historical NoteThe first pitch ball thrown out by 102-year-old former Negro League star Emilio "Millito" Navarro on September 18, 2008 before the start of the game between the New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox at Yankee Stadium in New York. Navarro was the first Puerto Rican to play in the American Negro Leagues.
