DescriptionBlack painted wooden bat, 34 ounces, with a silver "Louisville Slugger / Rock Hard Maple / M9" logo in the center of the barrel and "Genuine M356 / Mike Jacobs / Florida Marlins" in silver lettering near the end of the barrel. Underside of the barrel has TPX and MLB logos. Barrel end tip is cupped with "17" handwritten in silver ink. Knob end also has "17" handwritten in silver ink.

Bio/Historical NoteBat used by Mike Jacobs of the Florida Marlins, one of four Marlins infielders to record 25 or more home runs during the 2008 season. Jacobs and second baseman Dan Uggla both ended the season with 32 home runs, shortstop Hanley Ramirez ended the season with 33 home runs, and third baseman Jorge Cantu ended the season with 29 home runs.
