Carlos Beltran World Baseball Classic Autographed cap

DescriptionRed cap, size 7 1/4, with "PR" embroidered in blue and white on the front. Top of the bill is autographed in black marker, "Carlos Beltran / 15 / Philip 4:13." Proper left side of the cap has a red, white and blue embroidered Puerto Rican flag and the rear center of the cap has a World Baseball Classic logo. Underside of the bill is black with "15" handwritten in white ink. Black cotton sweatband has three manufacturer labels, including "World Baseball Classic," "New Era" and sizing information.

Bio/Historical NoteTeam Puerto Rico baseball cap issued to Carlos Beltran for the 2009 World Baseball Classic played from March 5, 2009 to March 23, 2009. Playing the outfield for Team Puerto Rico, Beltran batted .421 during the WBC. Japan beat South Korea, winning the final game 5-3 in 10 innings.
