DescriptionMaroon cap, size 7 1/8, with a white and yellow embroidered "V" logo on the front. Proper left side has an embroidered Venezuelan flag. Rear has an embroidered World Baseball Classic logo. Underside of the bill is black with "34" handwritten in gold marker. Above the number is a gold rectangle blocking out another number. Interior has a black cloth sweatband with three labels, including "World Baseball Classic," "New Era" and a sizing tag.

Bio/Historical NoteWearing this cap during the 2009 World Baseball Classic, Venezuela's ace pitcher Félix Hernández won two games without a loss, struck out 11, and posted a 0.00 ERA over 8 and 2/3 innings pitched. Japan emerged victorious for the second straight Classic, winning the final game 5-3 in 10 innings.
