St. Louis Cardinals World Series ring

DescriptionWhite gold St. Louis Cardinals 2011 World Series championship ring presented to Commissioner Bud Selig. The ring has small clear zircon stones as a background for a cardinal in red stones. The edge has raised block letters, "World Champions." One arm has raised block letters, "Comm. Bud Selig," in white gold and "StL" in red stones with "1925 / 1931 / 1934 / 1944" at the bottom. Other arm has raised letters in white gold, "2011 / St. Louis Cardinals / 11" in red stones and World Series titles "2006 / 1992 / 1967 / 1964 / 1946." Interior band is engraved, "StL 3-2 P / StL 4-2 M / StL 4-3 T / Happy / Flight and Jostens SEW."

Bio/Historical NoteThe St. Louis Cardinals defeated Texas Rangers four game to three to win the 2011 World Series. Bud Selig served as Major League Baseball's ninth commissioner from 1992 to 2015. This ring was formally presented to Jane Forbes Clark, during Hall of Fame Weekend on July 21, 2012 by Mr. DeWitt.
