World Series Game 7 Phantom ticket

DescriptionRectangular paper ticket. Magenta border around the entire ticket. At the top is seating information, followed by a magenta banner that reads "1980 World Series." In a blue box underneath is pricing, location of seat and game, and "Game 7." In the center of the ticket is the 1980 World Series logo, followed by a stylized image of a pitcher after releasing the ball framed by an American flag. The Phillie Phanatic is underneath this image holding a Phillies pennant, followed by "vs. American League Champions." Beneath a perforated line is "Game 7" and rain check information, and beneath another perforated line is the same information at the top of the ticket. Reverse has terms and conditions over a watermarked H. S. Crocker logo.

Bio/Historical NoteGame 7 of the 1980 World Series between the Kansas City Royals and the Philadelphia Phillies. The Phillies won the series in six games, so this ticket was never used.
