DescriptionRoyal blue polyester shirt, size 48, with six dark blue buttons down the front placket. There is white and light blue trim around the sleeve ends, front placket and neckline. There is a white manufacturer logo patch on the proper right front upper chest. "KC" is in white and light blue appliques on the proper left front chest. There is a team logo patch on the proper left sleeve. Proper left front shirttail has two manufacturer labels, the lower one includes an MLB Authentication hologram sticker. Back side of the shirt has an MLB logo patch at the top back of the neck as well as "Perez" and "13" in white and light blue appliques.
Bio/Historical NoteUniform shirt worn by Kansas City Royals catcher Salvador Perez in Game 1 of a doubleheader against the Cleveland Indians on September 20, 2021, in which he hit his 46th home run of the season, setting a major league single-season record for home runs by a primary catcher. Johnny Bench had previously held the mark with 45 home runs in 1970.
