Jorge Soler World Series helmet

DescriptionNavy blue plastic batting helmet, size 7 1/4, with an extended proper left ear protector and a white team logo decal at the front center. There are four ventilation slots at the top crown, two at the rear, and two on the ear guard. Rear center has "12" in white decals with a 2021 World Series logo beneath. Interior of the helmet is black with a textured surface. There is an MLB Authentication hologram sticker on the interior crown. Ear protector has a black vinyl and fabric-covered pad on the interior top portion and a fabric-covered foam pad on the bottom portion. There is a black vinyl and fabric-covered interior sweatband as well as black vinyl and fabric-covered pads at the interior rear and top of the crown. "7 1/4" and "Rawlings / The Mark of a Pro" is stamped in gold lettering on the interior rear pad. "Mach Pro" is stamped in gold lettering on the interior top crown pad. There is a red manufacturer label on the proper left side of the sweatband and another label on the proper right side of the sweatband, "Authentic Collection / On-Field Equipment / Official Batting Helmet of / Major League Baseball." There is a white sticker on the interior rear top crown with "6/10/2021 #" in black lettering, along with a black warning sticker with white lettering at the interior rear crown. There is also another white sticker on the interior proper left two crown with "MRHB" in black lettering.
Bio/Historical NoteBatting helmet worn by Braves designated hitter and right fielder, Jorge Soler, during the 2021 World Series, during which he hit .300 with a double and 3 homers, all of which gave the Braves a lead. In Game 1, he became the first player ever to homer as the first batter in the top of the first inning of a World Series-opening game. Soler was acquired in a mid-season trade with the Royals.
