DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of Babe Ruth at an exhibition game. It is a close up shot showing Ruth from the chest up. He is looking at the camera and has three bats on his shoulder. Based on similar photographs, this was taken during a War Bond game in 1942 or 1943. There are people visible in the stands, but the seats are not full.
