The caption on the reverse reads: " Tokyo, Japan- In traditional Japanese manner, Members of the House of Representatives (left), and the House of Councilors teams bow before starting their game at Doolittle Field here (10/24) in Hibiya Park. The Representatives outclassed and outplayed the Councilors, ending the game with a score of 22-3."
