DescriptionFramed collage featuring a color photograph of Hank Aaron, Billye Aaron, and Saxby Chambliss and a vertically oriented piece of paper reading "Congressional Record / Proceedings and Debates of the 106th Congress, First Session / Washington, Tuesday, October 19, 1999 / Vol. 145" in black lettering and featuring many signatures and phrases handwritten in black and blue ink. There is a seal of the United States of America in the center of this sheet. Beneath the color photograph is a white card reading "106th Congress / 1st Session / H. Res. 279 / Congratulating Henry 'Hank' Aaron on the 25th anniversary of breaking / the Major League Baseball career home run record established by Babe / Ruth and recognizing him as one of the greatest baseball players of / all time." in black lettering. Collage is matted and framed. Matboard is navy blue and the frame is painted black with a decorative silver-colored inner trim. Back side of the piece is covered in black paper and has a wire for hanging.
