BiographyTommy Bond played and pitched for the Brooklyn Atlantics of the National Association (1874), the Hartford Dark Blues of the National Association (1875), the Hartford Dark Blues of the National League (1876), the Boston Red Caps of the National League (1877-1881), the Worcester Ruby Legs of the National League (1882), the Boston Reds of the Union Association (1884), and the Indianapolis Hoosiers of the American Association (1884). Tommy Bond also was manager of the Worcester Ruby Legs of the National League (1882). He umpired in the National League (1883, 1885) and the American Association (1884).
