BiographyEd Brinkman played for the Washington Senators (1961-1970), Detroit Tigers (1971-1974), St. Louis Cardinals (1975), Texas Rangers (1975), and the New York Yankees (1975). After his playing career, Brinkman coached for the Tigers, San Diego Padres, and was a coach and scout for the Chicago White Sox. He is the brother of Chuck Brinkman.
