BiographyDr. Charles Carluccio, Jr. was a doctor in West New York serving the community for over 50 years. He was a member of the St. Mary's Hospital medical staff as well as the Holy Name Hospital medical staff where he held the position of Chief, Department of Neuro-Psychiatry.
