DescriptionWhite leather baseball with red and blue stitching and black stamps, including "Reach," Official American League," and "Warranted." The ball has been signed over the entire surface in dark ink and there is also a handwritten inscription on one side panel, reading "July 22nd / 1923 / Last ball used."
Bio/Historical NoteThe New York Yankees played against the Detroit Tigers at Navin Field on July 22, 1923, defeating the Tigers 7-4.
