DescriptionA black-and-white glass plate negative of Cincinnati Reds second baseman, Sam Bohne, captured while up at bat during a game at Wrigley Field. Bohne is looking up into the sky following the baseball he had hit as he holds the baseball bat on the left side of his body. His baseball glove is tucked in his back pants pocket. Bohne is dressed in the Cincinnati Reds road uniform. Baseball fans are visible in the stadium seating at Wrigley Field in the background. Based on Bohne's uniform and his time with the Cincinnati Reds this negative was taken between 1921 and 1926.
