Letter from Harry Wright to Sam Jackson

DescriptionA letter dated February 13, 1871 from Harry Wright to Sam Jackson regarding an attached contract that has been signed and sealed. Wright also writes that Jackson should be "here" (presumably in Boston), by March 15th. He has notified the rest of the players of the same, as the team needs to start training and practicing. The team "has a big season before [them] and we must get ready for it." The letter is handwritten on Boston Baseball Club Headquarters letterhead.
