DescriptionGray wool shirt with five gray buttons down the front half-placket. Neckline and sleeve ends have navy blue and red trim. "Cleveland" is appliqued in blue and red across the front chest. Proper left sleeve has a red patch in the shape of a baseball diamond, "Worlds Colored Champions 1945."
Bio/Historical NoteCleveland Buckeyes uniform shirt worn by Ernest "Ernie" Wright, Jr., the son of the owner of the team, between 1946 and 1948. He worked as a batboy.
