DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of All-Stars from the second Major League Baseball All-Star game in 1959 posing while holding baseball bats. The players depicted in their respective uniforms from left-to-right Charlie Neal, Hank Aaron, Ted Williams, Stan Musial, and Willie Mays. Each player appears to be grinning or stifling a grin, and each player does not look directly at the camera. On the reverse (not shown), their names are listed from left-to-right, and their is a date written as, "1959 AUG 3," which indicates that this was the second of two All-Star games held in 1959. Based on the date and event related to this photograph, the stadium these players stand in is the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
