DescriptionA black-and-white, slightly blurry negative of Dolph Camilli captured in a fielding position. Camilli is holding the baseball up in his left hand and his right arm is extended out in front of him as he prepares to make his throw. An unidentified shortstop is visible in the background. Ebbets Field is also in the background. Several advertisements are visible lining the lower stadium wall. Camilli is dressed in a Brooklyn Dodgers home uniform. Based on Camilli's uniform and his time with the Dodgers, this negative was probably taken in 1940.
