In the background are three other unidentified Brooklyn Dodgers players sitting on the bench in the dugout. An unidentified gentleman, dressed in a suit and a hat, is also seated in the dugout. Captured above the dugout is Ebbets Field stands filled with fans. The player in the foreground is dressed in a Brooklyn Dodgers home uniform. Based on the uniform, this negative was taken between 1940 and 1946.
