DescriptionA black-and-white, full length, photograph of Miller Huggins, manager of the New York Yankees, left, and John McGraw, manager of the New York Giants, right, captured shaking hands prior to the start of the New York Yankees vs. the New York Giants World Series. Huggins is dressed in the New York Yankees road uniform whereas McGraw is dressed in a suit. This photograph was taken in either 1921 or 1922 when the New York Giants and the New York Yankees faced one another in the World Series.
