DescriptionA black-and-white negative of Ossie Vitt captured in the Cleveland Indians dugout. Vitt is sitting on the bench with a confused expression on his face. Both of his feet are resting on the bottom stair that lead down to the dugout. He is dressed in the Cleveland Indians home uniform. Vitt managed the Indians from 1938 through 1940. Several unidentified Cleveland Indians players are seated in the dugout alongside Vitt. Based on Vitt's uniform and his time with the Indians, this negative was probably taken in 1940.
