Bud Fowler Day proclamation certificate

DescriptionA proclamation certificate declaring July 24, 2022 as Bud Fowler Day in the city of Stillwater, Minnesota. Bud Fowler was primarily a pitcher and catcher from 1878 to 1909, and was one of the first true pioneers of baseball. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame on July 24, 2022. The four corners have detailed scrolling and a gold border. The bottom left has the city gold seal. The top reads "City of Stillwater, Minnesota Proclamation." It details the life of John W. Jackson, also known as Bud Fowler. The bottom is signed by the city mayor. The certificate is secured in a green folder.
