DescriptionBlack painted wooden bat, 33 ounces, with a silver "Louisville Slugger / Powerized" logo in the center of barrel, an MLB logo to the right and "Genuine T141 / Robin Ventura (facsimile signature) / New York Mets" near the end of the barrel. To the right of this is "Grand Slam/ Game 2 / May 20, 1999 / Robin Ventura 4" handwritten in silver marker. Knob end and barrel tip have "4" handwritten in silver marker.

Bio/Historical NoteBat used by Robin Ventura of the New York Mets to hit a grand slam home run on May 20, 1999 in Game 2 of a doubleheader off Milwaukee Brewers' Horacio Estrada. Ventura became the first player to hit a grand slam in both games of a doubleheader.
