DescriptionWooden bat, 32 ounces, with rose stain handle and knob and brown stain barrel. There is a dark brown adhesive stripe around the taper where the stain changes color. Center of the barrel has "Louisville Slugger / 125 / Powerized" in gold lettering with "Genuine C271 / Fred McGriff (facsimile signature) / Tampa Bay Devil Rays" in gold lettering near the end of the barrel. There is a gold MLB logo between the center trademark logo and the gold lettering at the end of the barrel. The barrel has been signed in silver ink above the MLB logo. Knob end has "29" handwritten in black ink and the barrel end tip has "29" handwritten in gold ink.
Bio/Historical NoteBat used by Fred McGriff of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays to hit his 400th career home run on June 2, 2000. The New York Mets defeated the Tampa Bay Rays 5-3.
