DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of pitcher, Grover "Pete" Alexander, warming up before a game. Alexander is dressed in Philadelphia Phillies road uniform. His arms are raised over his head with a ball in his right hand and a glove on his left. An unidentified stadium is in the background. Based on the uniform and Alexander's time with the Phillies, the photograph was probably taken between 1914 and 1917.
