Minnesota Twins World Series ring

DescriptionGold Minnesota Twins 1987 World Series championship ring given to Commissioner Peter Ueberroth. The ring has a rounded square face featuring an "M" of 15 diamonds set in blue stone. "Twins World Champions" and two diamonds wrap around the center. One arm has "1987" and the World Series trophy engraved in it. The other arm has "Ueberroth" and the Twins logo engraved on it.
Bio/Historical NoteThe Minnesota Twins defeated the St. Louis Cardinals four games to three to win the 1987 World Series. Peter Ueberroth was Major League Baseball's sixth commissioner of baseball from 1984 to 1989.
