Los Angeles Dodgers World Series ring

DescriptionGold Los Angeles Dodgers 1988 World Series championship ring given to Commissioner Peter Ueberroth that has a rounded square face featuring one larger diamond set in blue stone and surrounded by 20 smaller diamonds. "World Champions Dodgers 1988" wraps around the stones. One arm has "Dodgers" and the World Series trophy engraved in it. The other arm has "Ueberroth" and the Dodgers logo engraved on it.

Bio/Historical NoteThe Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Oakland Athletics four games to one to win the 1988 World Series. Peter Ueberroth was Major League Baseball's sixth commissioner of baseball from 1984 to 1989.
