The players, along with the manager and chaperone, are arranged in three rows - one sitting cross-legged (Clara Cook, Merna Nearing, Mary Louise Lester, Shirley Jameson, and Pauline "Pinky" Pirok), one kneeling (Phyllis "Sugar" Koehn, Kay Heim McDaniel, Helen Westerman Austin, Helen Nicol Fox, and Darlene "Mickey" Mickelsen Klammer), and one standing (manager Josh Billings, Genevieve Audrey Wagner, Ethel McCreary, Elise "Lee" Harney, Ann Harnett, Janice "Jerry" O`Hara, and chaperone Ada Ryan).
