He is wearing a replica New York Yankees uniform and crouching with his hands on his knees and has a glove on his right hand. He is in the middle of two people, Franklin Pangborn (left) and an unidentified man, who are also crouching down with their hands on their knees, wearing suits with their pants rolled up. The trio is standing on dirt that could possibly be a baseball field. A basketball court and house are visible in the background.. This movie was released February 1, 1932 so this photograph was probably taken in 1931.
