He has just finished his swing and his body is twisted in a way that his lower body is facing the pitcher's mound and his upper body is turning to his left. In his left hand which is trailing behind him he is holding a baseball bat. In the background is an unidentified member of the Minnesota Twins in the dugout and fans sitting in the grandstand. The photograph is taken from the third base side of the field. The back of the image (not shown) is blank.
