New York Giants World Series ring

DescriptionGold ring featuring a square face with a clear stone set in center of a baseball diamond-shaped setting surrounded by laurel leaves. Corners of the center setting are flanked by engraved bases and home plate shapes and off-set embossed lettering, "19 / World / 54 / Champions." One side of the ring has embossed "1954," an image of a stadium and scores from all four games, "5-2 - 3-1 - 6-2 - 7-4." Other side has crossed bats with a ball in the center surrounded by laurel leaves. "Giants" is in embossed letters across the center of the ball with "1954" below.
Bio/Historical NoteThe New York Giants defeated the Cleveland Indians four games to zero to win the 1954 World Series.
