DescriptionNatural stain wooden bat, 33 ounces, with "Rawlings / Adirondack / Made in USA" in the center of the barrel and "Big Stick / Luis Gonzalez / Diamondbacks" near the end of the barrel. There is a black painted stripe to the left of the center trademark logo. Knob end has "256 B / 30 34 33 / *20" handwritten in black ink and "256 B 269" inscribed in the center. Barrel end tip has "20" handwritten in black ink.
Bio/Historical NoteBat used by Luis Gonzalez of the Arizona Diamondbacks on May 18, 1999 for a home run, giving him a 30-game hitting streak. He led the National League with 206 hits that season, batting .336. He was the first National League player to have a hitting streak of at least 30 games since Jerome Walton in 1989.
