DescriptionNavy blue cap, size 7 3/8, with "NY" embroidered in white on the front and an MLB logo patch at the rear center. Top of the bill has been signed in silver ink, "5/22/99 Roger Clemens / 18th STR W." Underside of the bill is gray with "Rocket" handwritten in black ink. Interior white cotton sweatband has three manufacturer labels, including "Authentic Diamond Collection," "New Era" and a sizing tag.

Bio/Historical NoteNew York Yankees cap worn by pitcher Roger Clemens on May 22, 1999 when he recorded his 18th consecutive win, beating the Chicago White Sox 10-2 at Comiskey Park, and setting an American League record for consecutive wins.
