DescriptionYellow and black cap, size 7 1/4, with a team logo embroidered on the front in black. Crown of the cap is yellow while the bill and button at the top crown are black. Cap has black horizontal stripes on the crown. Underside of the bill is gray with "Chuck Tanner" and "7" handwritten in black ink. Interior white cotton sweatband has three manufacturer labels, including "Major League Baseball," "New Era," and a sizing tag.
Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Chuck Tanner, manager of the Pittsburgh Pirates, as he recorded his 1,000th career win as a manager on May 29, 1983.
