DescriptionYellow cap, size 7 1/8, with three black horizontal stripes around the entire crown of the cap. There is an embroidered black "P" on the front. The bill is black on the top and gray on the underside with "22" written in black marker. There are two interior tags, one with manufacturer information and one with sizing information.
Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Bert Blyleven of the Pittsburgh Pirates during 1979 when he compiled the most starts, innings pitched, strikeouts and two postseason wins, helping to lead the Pirates to that year's World Championship. Bert Blyleven was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2011.
