DescriptionBlue plastic batting helmet with a white and red "T" logo sticker on the front and a proper right ear protector. Top crown has four ventilation holes and a white "R" sticker. Proper left side has a white sticker with a red cross. Rear center of the helmet has a red "23" sticker along with an MLB logo sticker. Interior of helmet has dual-density, fabric-covered pads at the rear, top crown and ear protector. There is also a silver "Rawlings" sticker, a manufacturer warning label and an MLB Authentication hologram sticker. There is an interior black foam vinyl-covered sweatband around the perimeter.

Bio/Historical NoteHelmet worn by Mark Teixeira of the Texas Rangers when he recorded his 43rd home run of the season on September 24, 2005. The American Red Cross decal is in honor of the Hurricane Katrina emergency responders.
