Joe Crede World Series glove

DescriptionBrown leather left-handed fielder's glove with four finger stalls and one thumb stall, all of which are connected by a connecting black lace that runs through the tops of the finger stalls. The finger stalls and thumb stall are also connected by three pieces of leather, two running horizontally and the other vertically, making up the webbing. The glove has a wrist strap with holes and laces for size adjustment. The wrist strap also has a red, white, and black "Rawlings" patch sewn in. The back side also has some stamps, including "The Gold Glove Co.," a sewn in white "R" with a red background, and an embroidered "Joe Crede." There is also an MLB Authentication hologram sticker on the back side of the glove. On the palm side of the glove are a few more stamps, including "PRORV23," "12 1/4 inch," "For the Professional Player," "Rawlings," "Heart of the Hide," "Gold Glove," "Oil Treated Leather," and "U.S. Steerhide."

Bio/Historical NoteGlove used by third baseman, Joe Crede of the Chicago White Sox during the 2005 World Series. The White Sox defeated the Houston Astros, 4-0, to win the Series.
