Ichiro Suzuki World Baseball Classic helmet

DescriptionNavy blue matte batting helmet, size 7 5/8, with a proper right side ear protector. Top crown has four ventilation holes. Front has a white and red embroidered patch, "Japan." Proper left side has a red rectangular sticker with "Konami" in white lettering along with a World Baseball Classic logo sticker. Rear of the helmet has "51" in white, a white "M" logo sticker and another World Baseball Classic logo sticker. Interior of the helmet has padding at the rear and around ear protector. Top crown pad has been removed. Interior crown has a warning sticker, a sizing sticker, an "R" manufacturer sticker along with an MLB Authentication hologram sticker.

Bio/Historical NoteIchiro Suzuki wore this batting helmet during the 2006 World Baseball Classic, where he hit safely in every game and batted .364. A native of Japan, Ichiro was one of two major leaguers at the time (along with Akinori Otsuka) to make it to the finals of the World Baseball Classic.
