John Farrell World Series jacket

DescriptionRed polyester windbreaker jacket, size XL, with a full zippered front and a slight upturned collar. There is a navy blue and white "B" applique on the proper left front chest. Front has two fleece-lined pockets. Cuffs have hook-and-loop closures. Proper left interior chest has a zippered pocket. Interior back of the neck has a manufacturer label with a loop above and a small strap with a snap button closure. "53" is handwritten in black ink on the manufacturer label. Bottom hem of the jacket is slightly gathered with an elastic band and toggles to tighten and loosen the hem. Proper left sleeve has a 2013 World Series logo patch and the proper right sleeve has a white embroidered manufacturer logo. Reverse has a rubber MLB logo patch at the top back of the neck.
Bio/Historical NoteTaking the managerial helm in 2013, John Farrell wore this jacket when the Boston Red Sox clinched their third World Series title in ten years.
