Bio/Historical NoteBat used by Pirates first baseman John Jaso when he hit for the cycle against the Cubs in Pittsburgh on September 28, 2016. The Pirates beat the Cubs 8-4. Jaso went 4 for 4 and hit for the cycle Wednesday night. It's the first cycle in the 16-season history of PNC Park. Jaso became the third player to hit for the cycle this season, joining Rajai Davis of the Indians and Freddie Freeman of the Braves. Jaso is the second player in major league history to catch a perfect game and hit for the cycle.
