William Howard Taft campaign pin

DescriptionWooden baseball bat with a sharp metal rod driven into the handle of the bat and bent to become a pin. At the base of the pin is attached a red, white, and blue ribbon with the red dye bleeding severely into the white section. Stamped in black ink on the ribbon reads "The Big Stick" with a likeness of Taft and his name. The bottom corner of the blue edge is fraying. There is some red dye on the bat itself in two places.
