Phil Coyne Usher badge

DescriptionSmall piece of white plastic with printed material on it. The front has a black section at the top with a white logo that reads "Let's Go Bucs" next to a color photo of Phil Coyne in uniform. Underneath is three lines and a small white Pirates "P" logo, and in a white band across the bottom reads "Phil Coyne / Event Staff / 2018." On the reverse of the badge is terms and conditions of the ID badge, a barcode, and the initials "MW" written in black marker. There is a small ovular hole punched at the top of the card with a plastic snap loop passed through it. At the top of one side of the loop is an alligator style clip to fix the ID badge to clothing.

Bio/Historical NoteBadge worn by Phil Coyne as an usher for the Pirates before retiring in 2018 after more than 80 years on the job. A celebration was held in his honor at PNC Park on April 27, 2018 - his 100th birthday.
