DescriptionWhite leather baseball with red stitching. Stamps are faded and illegible. Ball has two handwritten inscriptions in Cyrillic lettering on two adjacent panels, reading, "The First USSR Baseball Championship, the fifth super-final match for the third place MXTU - Odessa 4:3."

Bio/Historical NoteGame-used baseball from the third place match between MXTU and Odessa during the first CCCP Championship which took place in 1989. MXTU overtook Odessa, 4-3, in 13 innings.
