DescriptionBlack cap, size 7 1/8, with an orange button at the top crown. There is an embroidered multi-colored team logo on the front and an orange embroidered manufacturer logo on the proper left side. There is a black, orange, and white embroidered MLB logo at the rear center. Underside of the bill is black with an MLB Authentication hologram sticker. Interior black cotton sweatband has several manufacturer labels at the rear, including "New Era," "Authentic Collection / Performance Headwear / Official On-FIeld Cap," and a sizing tag. "19-Kap" is handwritten in black ink on the interior proper right front panel.
Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by San Francisco Giants manager, Gabe Kapler, on June 5, 2021, a 4-3 victory over the visiting Chicago Cubs. In this game, the Giants became the first major league team to use a rainbow-colored “pride” logo on-field during a major league game. The club’s uniforms that day also featured a rainbow-colored logo sleeve patch.
