Bio/Historical NotePearl necklace worn by Atlanta Braves right fielder Joc Pederson during the final three games of the 2021 World Series (after his previous necklace broke during Game 3). Pederson’s pearl necklace became synonymous with the Braves since he began wearing it on September 29, which coincided with a strong end of the regular season and start to the Postseason. By the World Series, fans in Atlanta were wearing pearls and faux pearls to each game.
