DescriptionAn undated, matted pencil-drawn cartoon by artist, Little Willy King. In the upper right quadrant is an aged Joe DiMaggio and Mel Ott looking at a television. The caption above Ott reads, "Say DiMag - this television is nice but it isn't the real thing-" DiMaggio responds, "Nope Mel - we shudda had lifetime passes with that pension." The text above these captions reads, "Note:-The big leagues have adopted a pension plan-" To the left, are college basketball scenes including a player with a large basketball head about to throw a ball, a player running and dribbling a ball, and a player towering over its opposition. In the lower right quadrant is Bert Niehoff on his hands and knees picking up a rock with the caption, "May be one here." Accompanying text reads, "Bert Niehoff is even looking under the rocks in Florida in his search for pitching talent." In the lower left corner is a drawing of the artist with the caption, "This week even Indiana would have a time equalling our cage program." The artist's signature is also in the lower left corner.
