There appears to be a large bulge in his left cheek from chewing tobacco. He is dressed in a Chicago White Sox road uniform. An unidentified stadium is in the background. Based on Fox's uniform, including the number on his left sleeve, and his time with the White Sox, this photograph was probably taken in 1959.
