DescriptionA black-and-white glass plate negative of Lefty Willis captured as he stands along the sidelines on the baseball field at Comiskey Park with a small smile on his face. Comiskey his holding a baseball bat in his right hand. He is dressed in the Philadelphia Athletics road uniform. An unidentified baseball player is visible in the background on the left. Comiskey Park is visible in the background. Based on Willis' uniform and his time with the Philadelphia Athletics this negative was taken between 1925 and 1927.
